Following her four-year active duty in the United States Air Force as a Fire Fighter, meeting her amazing veteran husband in South Dakota in 2004, and being deployed overseas in support of Iraqi Freedom and the War Against Terrorism, she received her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology with a Museums Certificate through IUPUI. As a mother of a beautiful little girl, Jess began her journey at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis as a Paleontologist and did so for ten wonderful years, checking off one of her many passions since she was eight years old. Inspiring the next generation of dreamers continues to fuel her love to give back, guiding her to Indiana Diaper Bank in January of 2024. She continues to find joy in every smile that she gives and receives through each family that Indiana Diaper Bank is honored to help.
