Director of Programs and Operations

Kelsey started her career in education through Teach for America and has always been driven by mission-aligned work where she feels like she is contributing to bettering the world around her. Working in schools she often saw the unique challenges that families and communities often faced. This is why she is so excited to be joining the Indiana Diaper Bank team! She cannot wait to begin to make an impact in helping to eliminate diaper need for families throughout Indiana. Kelsey has called Indianapolis home for 13 years and lives in the city with her husband, two daughters, and family dog. In her free time she loves spending time with her family outdoors, traveling, and being a self-proclaimed foodie.
